For products that need more than a working demo

You may have an application built with AI coding agents, a visual builder or a previous development team. It may already have users. The next decision is how to keep delivering while making its behavior, data and operations dependable.

We do not assume that AI-generated code is unusable or that a prototype is ready for every workload. The assessment starts with the application, its users and the business risks.

Take over the code and understand the platform

First establish what the business owns and can operate: source code, hosting, database, deployment process and third-party accounts. Some applications depend on platform-managed capabilities; a migration decision needs to include those dependencies and current export options.

We map critical journeys, identify unknowns and agree on what to retain, refactor or replace. A new stack is not an outcome in itself.

  • Repository and build reproducibility, within available platform access.
  • Data ownership, service dependencies and environment configuration.
  • Business rules, current users and the roadmap that must keep moving.

Production readiness needs observable checks

“Production-ready” should describe agreed behavior, not a badge. The scope is based on what the product does and the consequences of failure.

  • Identity and authorization: test roles and tenant boundaries, not just login screens.
  • Billing and data: check retries, duplicate events and concurrent updates where applicable.
  • Delivery: define regression checks, staging and a controlled release path.
  • Operations: agree monitoring, incident ownership, backup recovery and rollback procedures.

Grow from measured demand, not a promise of millions

User count alone is not a load model. We consider concurrent activity, expensive requests, background jobs, database behavior and dependencies. Representative measurements guide the next change.

Start with a workload and targets that match the next business stage. Identify bottlenecks, test changes and expand gradually. We do not promise capacity for millions of users without evidence from the actual architecture and workload.

Keep AI-assisted speed and add engineering continuity

AI coding tools can help an experienced developer explore and implement changes quickly. They do not remove the need for review, testing, security knowledge and understanding the business.

UVISION offers dedicated developers or managed engineering with at least one full-time developer on the project. After stabilization, the same engagement can continue feature development, modernization and useful AI workflows. Support hours and operational responsibilities are agreed explicitly.

Experience in products that keep evolving

Our telecom case study describes a move from monolithic interfaces to a SaaS model, with data engineering and a development relationship that continued after acquisition. It shows the kind of continuity that matters beyond a migration milestone.

For your application, we start with the actual code, platform constraints and next business objective. That review determines the takeover plan and the expertise needed to keep moving.

Common questions

Can you continue an app built with Lovable, Replit or AI coding agents?

We assess the application’s code access, data, platform dependencies and operational needs before agreeing on a takeover. The plan may retain the platform, refactor parts of the application or migrate specific components. Feasibility depends on the actual project and available access.

Will we need to rebuild the MVP?

A rebuild is not the default. We first identify working behavior, business rules and the risks that need attention. Keeping, refactoring and replacing components are options to compare against delivery needs, maintainability and platform constraints.

Can one developer make the application ready for millions of users?

That cannot be promised from team size or a demo. Capacity depends on workload, architecture and measured bottlenecks. An experienced dedicated developer can coordinate development and AI tools, with additional expertise where needed; scalability claims require representative testing.

Do you continue development after the takeover?

Yes. Our model is an ongoing engineering engagement, with at least one full-time developer dedicated to the project. Stabilization can lead into feature development, modernization and AI integration. We agree on the roadmap, support scope and operational responsibilities together.
