Inquiries and AI conversations

After consent and submission, your name, email, company and brief are stored in UVISION’s inquiry inbox with our hosting and database providers so we can follow up. With the inquiry we also store the page it was sent from, your approximate country based on your network and, if you accepted analytics cookies, the campaign tags from the link you arrived through and your Google Analytics ID. A copy of each inquiry is emailed to our team through our email delivery provider (Resend). Chat messages are sent to Google Gemini to generate replies. We store chat conversations (your messages, the assistant’s replies, the page, your approximate country and, with analytics consent, your Google Analytics ID) to improve our service and to follow up when you leave your details. A conversation without an inquiry is deleted after 12 months; a conversation attached to an inquiry is kept with that inquiry. A random conversation ID stays in your browser’s session storage until the tab is closed. The inquiry form shows an editable brief before you submit. Do not share sensitive or confidential information. Clearing a chat clears the current display; it does not delete an inquiry already submitted. Hosting and measurement

Temporary request counters and hashed network identifiers are stored to prevent abuse; the application database does not store raw IP addresses. The hosting provider may process technical access data to operate and secure its service. The private edition may require authentication with the hosting service. Analytics and marketing tools load only after you agree in the cookie banner. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and features are used; it sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and Google processes the usage data. Chat and inquiry text, names and email addresses are never sent to analytics; events may carry the random conversation ID. No marketing pixels are active today; if added, they will load only with marketing consent. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Your cookie and motion choices are remembered in your browser.
